When you bring your bike to VELOPOINT for repair, we will deliver a thorough assessment, accurate estimate, and reliable completion of all service.

We will inspect and advise you as to the condition and function of:
Wheels, hubs & spokes, including tire inflation
Drivetrain components: derailleurs, shifters, crank, and gears–including chain lubrication
Braking systems: brake levers, pads, cables & calipers
Rider contact points: seat, seatpost, pedals, handlebar & stem
Tighten all bolts as necessary

We will clean, lubricate, and adjust the bicycle as necessary. This service includes:
Cleaning the frame and fork
Adjusting, truing and tensioning wheels, and appropriately seating/inflating tires
Servicing divetrain components: derailleurs, shifters, crankset, and chain
Servicing braking system: brake levers, pads, cables & calipers
Inspecting & servicing rider contact points: saddle, seatpost, pedals, handlebar & stem
Adjusting headset bearings
Checking all other fittings for proper torque
